Cal North Announces Open League Insurance Options
Pleasanton Ca. (June 9, 2015) – Chairman Pete Zopfi and Executive Director Matthew Madeira are pleased to announce that Cal North will offer an insurance benefit option to non-Cal North players participating in the Cal North Spring and Summer Open Leagues though CCSL. ‘We provide our members insurance coverage while playing in any US Soccer sanctioned event and we feel it important to offer this same insurance protection at a reasonable fee to kids participating in our Open League if they do not have insurance coverage’, said Madeira. Zopfi comments ‘Cal North prides itself on premier protection for our players. These players include our full members as well as those playing in our open competitions’.
