Yes, software fees are common across the industry. Partnering with GotSport provides a cost-effective way to manage these fees, passing them directly to the end-user.

2. Will my club be charged if we do not sign a contract with GotSport? If so, what will that look like?
They will not be charged by GotSport unless they use the club registration software (Programs module). If they are not under contract, it will result in a fee of $5 per player for the seasonal year.

3. Will this apply to the current seasonal year for 2024/2025?
No, this new model will begin with the 2025/2026 season.

4. If I become a partner with GotSport, will I have to pay any per player software fees?
No, under the partner model, a $3 end-user fee will be applied at checkout each time a player registers for one of your programs.

5. What are some projected costs for the 2025/2026 season based on these models?

• Choosing a 3-year "A La Carte" plan = $4/player per season.

• Choosing a 1-year "A La Carte" plan = $5/player per season.

• Partner Model: $0 regardless of the number of players, with a $3 fee passed to the end-user.

6. Will this affect the player registration fees for Cal North for the 2025/2026 season?
No, our player fees will remain the same: $11.25/recreational player and $18/competitive player.

7. If we register players in the Fall and Spring, will participants be charged the per player fee if they sign up for two different programs throughout the year?
No, they will not, as long as the same player account is used. A player would be able to sign up to as many programs as they’d like that your club has to offer during the course of a single seasonal year. The rate is based on a per player per seasonal year model.
