GUADALAJARA - (March 7-11, 2025) - Cal North 2008/2009 Boys & Girls teams traveled to Guadalajara, Jalisco earlier in March for an amazing five-day experience in one of Mexico's meccas for soccer.
The trip began March 7th and concluded on the 11th with each team playing three quality opponents throughout that timeframe. Both the Boys & Girls squared off against Chivas and Atlas on this trip, while the Girls played their first game against Universidad Panamericana de Guadalajara and the Boys played Universidad de Guadalajara Leones Negros in their second match.
Soccer and development were the main focus of the trip, but all players also got to experience a new culture in Guadalajara and be around a warm & welcoming environment. Guadalajara ranks among the best cities to live & visit in Mexico and had a lot to offer. From a stadium tour of Estadio Akron, home of Chivas Rayadas de Guadalajara, to a stroll down Tlaquepaque and even Lago de Chapala, this trip was beyond soccer.
