      Refund Policy

There is No refund after July 8th. Refunds for injuries will require a medical letter from the treating Physician, and must state that the player is “unable to play soccer” due to the stated injury through September 8 th (the last try-out). Please submit this letter to the Cal North office, within 3 working days of the injury to begin the refund process. Refunds for injuries (or any portion of the try-out fee) will not be issued if a player has already participated in a try-out session. Because ODP Try Outs require a recommendation, it is highly recommended that you check with your coach PRIOR to signing up and confirm that they completed your registration. There is no refund for those who register and fail to gain the required recommendation prior to try-outs. Insure you will be recommended, BEFORE you register.

      Concussion Policy

Any player that has been suspected of or being treated for a concussion must follow the Cal North Concussion Protocol Policy set forth by the Cal North BOD via Heads Up. No exceptions. https://www.calnorth.org/health-safety-
      protocols

      Player Check-In

All players need to check-in at the event desk to get their try-out jerseys, which will have your try-out number. You only need to do this ONE time, because we EXPECT you to keep and use this jersey/number at all the dates you attend.

DO NOT LOSE OR GIVE AWAY YOUR TRY-OUT JERSEY AS YOU MAY NEED TO USE THOSE JERSEYS IN THE COMING SEASON FOR TRAVEL IF YOU MAKE THE POOL.

Do not bring and use your try-out jerseys’ from last year, as your try-out number changes each year. If you lose a jersey, both will need to be replaced at a cost. Be responsible. After you have received your try-out number, you will proceed to the assigned field location for your age/gender. After your first try out, you will return to the same location assigned for your age/gender and be ready to play at the appropriate times posted. If field assignments change, you will be notified.

DON NOT LOSE OR GIVE AWAY YOUR JERSEYS!!!

      Absences

If you know you will be missing one of the Sessions, please fill out the absent form below. This will help us pass on that information to the Head Coaches and they can plan on seeing you on another date.

Please complete this form: 2024-25 Absent Form
